What has happened so far

Most of you know that I finished my Bachelor's final project exactly a week ago. It was a hell of a ride, totally emotional and stressful but worth it in the end. And I learnt so much from it: About people, work flows, diverse situations and about myself. So my undergraduate studies are coming to an end and it went so much faster by than high school. Crazy right? I feel kind of the same as four years ago, asking myself: What do I do know? Kind of.

On the other hand I decided to make changes in my life. Honestly speaking I've been unhappy for a while. I had no drive, no motivation and constantly wanted to avoid everything and everyone. It was quite bad. But I got my sh*t together because I didn't want to go on like this. It was simply no option. I'm not saying that everything is fine now or problems go away by only wishing. You have to put much work into dealing with issues and it's still a lot of work to do. But I am on it.

Back to the roots

So, what does that mean? Well, firstly I am finally going back to Korea. After almost two years some homecoming is much needed. I am so looking forward to spend time with my family in beautiful Seoul

Furthermore I am planning to get two more cities off my travel bucket list: Hong Kong and Macao. My sister went there last March and I envied her so much. But now I finally have the time to explore them by myself. Do you guys have any recommendations? And if anyone of you are in Seoul or Hong Kong in June/July: Hit me up!

Many of you might ask yourself: "Yeah ok, you're graduating and then you'll be traveling like all those hipster generation Y-people, but what the heck will you do after that? Are you applying for a job? Contribute to society!" Well. I won't graduate, at least not yet. And I've been already working and paying taxes for years now ...

It's time for a new chapter

I decided to delay my Bachelor thesis in order to go abroad. Yes, again. Where? Barcelona baby!

I've been taking Spanish classes since last November and in order to improve my language skills I am doing an Erasmus+ semester in Catalonia. Well at least that's what I am hoping for because my Spanish is so crappy, haha.

So that was my big news. Everything reduced to a few paragraphs doesn't seem too interesting but regarding to the planning period and all the waiting process I am so relieved that everything is confirmed and secured now. I am very excited for the next year in which I will totally focus on myself and my personal growth again. Nothing can make you happy if you don't decide to be happy. That's a cheesy line to say but I learnt that the hard way in the last months. Let's just hope and work on it that I don't have to be remembered again.
